Eligibility for Return
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

The product delivered is incorrect or different from what was ordered.

The product is within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Opened or partially used cattle feed or additives

Customized or bulk orders made on request

Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the buyer
Return & Replacement Process

Product name and batch number

Reason for return (with photos if applicable)
Once we verify your request, our team will arrange a pickup or replacement dispatch within 3–5 business days
(depending on your location).
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged package or missing item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
We’ll arrange for a quick replacement or refund after verification.
